Our ethics
- Financial profit is just one of the aims of our activity.
- With our work we seek quality, trying continuously to raise the standards.
- We are interested in others as persons, and not as economic and functional objects (clients, suppliers, collaborators, etc.).
- We respect the moral and cultural integrity of our clients and our interlocutors, trying to understand their sensibility, problems and needs.
- We believe we have to respect the commitments with our clients, collaborators and suppliers, and that in no way can we betray the trust the others have had in us.
- We feel we have the responsibility to find accuracy in all our activities, including pricing and respect for the authorisations.
- We are convinced that competitiveness is a guarantee for evolution and improvement, and that a healthy and correct competition can coexist with mutual prosperity.
- We condemn commercial behaviour and practices that are not clear and that tend to build up competitive vantages which are not based on quality or value of the offered services.
- We are convinced that even the smallest entrepeneur has the responsibility to promote social and economic progress of the society where he lives and works.
- We respect the laws of the country and feel committed to stimulate the promulgation of the laws and regulations that guide our country to higher social and civil standards.

Our safety
Coaches
Our vehicles are controlled regularly at authorised workshops, and inspected once a year by the Ministry of Transport.
Drivers
The staff is exclusive and with regular employment contract.
Our drivers are highly qualified, experienced professionals.
Pursuant to legislative decree 81/2008, the drivers undergo an initial and periodic medical examination to verify the absence of drug addiction or the use of drugs or psychotropic substances.
Working hours
Much attention is dedicated to the drivers’ working hours and rest breaks.
The drivers’ working hours are governed by the law. The journey cannot be delayed or interrupted in a way that can make the driver violate those regulations. In accordance with the “European social legislation relating to road transport activities", we would like to remind you of some general rules concerning the driver’ working hours and rest breaks:
- Daily driving hours: maximum 9 hours, with 45 minutes of rest every 4 hours and 30 minutes.
- Daily rest period: 11 hours of continuous rest in 24 hours, with an exception of going down to 9 continuous hours three days a week, to make up before the coming week.
If these rules are not respected, the driver will lose two points on his driving license AND THE COACH WILL BE STOPPED ON THE SPOT. |
